Speech-Language Therapy
Whole-person communication care
Each session blends evidence based therapy, mindfulness, and body awareness to support confident, lasting communication growth.
Services include:
Comprehensive evaluations with written reports
Individual therapy (30 or 60 minutes) — delivered via secure teletherapy
Who I support:
I support teens and adults who are building higher-level language, social communication, cognitive-linguistic skills, executive functioning, and expressive clarity. Developmentally ready younger children also benefit from this integrative, mindfulness-based model.

Namaste & Say™ integrates yoga, mindfulness, and communication science to help teens and developmentally ready older children build regulation, expressive confidence, and meaningful social connection. Sessions are intentionally small to ensure personalized attention and authentic interaction.
Social Wellness Circles (In person)
Small-group sessions integrate mindful movement, breath, and values-based discussion to support teens in building self-awareness, emotional regulation, perspective-taking, and connected communication. These circles offer a structured space for reflection, social growth, and embodied connection.
1:1 Mind-Body Communication Coaching (In person)
Individual sessions combine yoga, mindfulness, and communication science to support self-awareness, regulation, and expressive clarity. Guided movement and reflective dialogue help teens and developmentally ready older children build confidence, presence, and meaningful communication.
Namaste & Say™ Resources (In Development)
A digital Namaste & Say™ series for younger children is currently in development. Designed for parents, educators, clinicians, and yoga instructors, this collection applies a yoga-based cueing framework to foster early language development.

Private yoga sessions weave intentional movement, breath, and mindful awareness to support balance, focus, and nervous system regulation. With a vinyasa and Baptiste-inspired foundation, each practice is individualized—offering grounding steadiness when appropriate, or energizing, strength-building sequences for those seeking mobility and athletic conditioning.

Communication coaching supports teens and adults seeking clearer, more confident expression in daily, academic, and workplace communication. These non-clinical sessions blend mindful awareness, breath, and evidence-informed communication strategies to strengthen expressive clarity, emotional regulation, confidence, connection, and interpersonal ease. Sessions also include subtle body-awareness strategies to ease tension in the jaw, throat, and upper-body that can interfere with confident expression.
Social Communication Coaching
Presence, clarity, and effective communication across conversations, interviews, presentations, group discussions, and relationship interactions. Coaching integrates mindful communication strategies, perspective-taking, self-advocacy skills, and grounded relational communication to support smoother, more confident expression.
Executive Function Coaching
Organization, planning, flexible thinking, initiation, task management, and self-regulation strategies to support academic, social, and professional success. Sessions integrate mindful awareness with practical tools to build follow-through and confidence.
